I really can’t stay

Baby it’s cold outside

I gotta go away

Baby it’s cold outside

Man, I’m hoping Mojo mom will adopt me; I’ll sleep in the garage.  The digits here have slipped to those in a single column.   Global Warming?  Bring it on!

A report from Berkley attributes a fair part of historic temps to …  ready?  Volcanic eruptions.  I move we plug them with politicians.  Of course, that is a negative impact — one among many moving things up and down.  The popular attempt is for us to quit using energy.  Going back to water wheels isn’t going to work.  It was the age of steam that evidently kicked things off.  Relatively speaking thing have gotten cleaner/greener since those days.  The problem is us — population.   Nature seeks equilibrium and kill-offs is one of it tools.  So, we need to accept that  muddle along with heat and electricity at our bidding while looking for workable solutions.  That is the rub.  We are funding unworkable solutions.  Next generation nuclear is much different from the current crop but not properly green enough for the zealotry.  Natural gas is clean and the greens hate that too.   Natural gas is game changing and that may be its problem — the greens have an agenda and they don’t want reasonable solutions.

Me?  With the temp outside at 6 degrees,  I ain’t ready to turn off the boiler or limit my cooking to a solar oven.   And to give that to all of us, wind farms and solar panels just won’t cut it.  Time to look for rational choices here.

“I move we plug them with politicians.”
I would agree with this, but doing it would be disrespectful to the volcanoes.
It’s cold here in Florida, too, in the 60s. (ahem) I picked a good time to be the dutiful son.

You are in the 60’s and complaining.  I’m here in the low teens for a high.

Mom always liked you best.  Now you’ve even hooked up Mother Nature.
